Wedding Planning

The list of things to plan and do is almost endless. It can cost you a lot of your time and money if you are not organized.

Here is an example of what is usually involved in the planning:-

  • Theme & Decor Design
  • Budget Management
  • Venue Liaison
  • Invitation Card Selection/ RSVP Management
  • Hantaran gifts & decoration (for malay weddings)
  • Door gifts & decorations
  • Vendor/supplier selection i.e. florist, pelamin, caterer, entertainment,lighting etc.
  • Wedding Services

We are able to assist with the coordination of your wedding ceremony and wedding reception to enable you and your family to enjoy the day without worry or stress. Who is to cue the bride or groom to make their way to your house for the ceremony, who is to ensure that all work is done at the reception venue, has the decorator/florist arrived yet or worse still, have the right kind of flowers been ordered? This is where Perfect Day Planner will coordinate with every single supplier for the event to ensure that you are getting what was agreed upon with the suppliers.

The list of services we provide for wedding planning:-

  • Theme design – to create a theme for the event exclusively for you
  • Budget Management - a break down of the budget for each category, to coordinate payments due to all suppliers at the designated time and keep track of all payments made
  • Decor design - to create & produce décor based on the client’s visualization and wedding theme & colours. Perfect Day Planner will source the contractors/suppliers that are able to decorate the venue of event based on the budget allocation.
