Wedding Reception Coordination

Wedding reception coordination has often being misinterpreted as wedding planning. The planning of a wedding is the initial part of a wedding celebration which starts from the ceremony to the reception. On the day of the event, all the planning that has been done months earlier will be coordinated so as to produce a flawless event! This is where the Perfect Day Planner will assist the client in ensuring all is done according to the client’s vision of the event.

Here is the list of services we provide for wedding reception coordination:-

  • Coordination of the event day - to produce and coordinate the event from commencement of i.e decor till the end of reception program

  • Banquet/caterer service supervision - to liaise with banquet manager or caterer to ensure service meets client’s requirement

  • To produce a timeline/scheduled program of the reception for the client and all family members involved.

  • Wrap-up duties after event - in not so many words, the cleaning up of the whole event
